ABOUT SHAWARMAZ REWARDS

Shawarmaz Rewards is one way in which Shawarmaz endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing Shawarmaz products. Shawarmaz Rewards members are able to earn and accumulate “Points” that can be redeemed for Shawarmaz Rewards benefits (“Rewards”) at participating Shawarmaz stores. Unfortunately, not all Shawarmaz stores have the ability to award or redeem for Rewards at this time. JOINING SHAWARMAZ REWARDS

The SHAWARMAZ REWARDS Program (the “Program”) was developed and is operated by PAYSTONE Products Partnership (“PAYSTONE”) as a loyalty program for Customers who visit Shawarmaz stores or online.

. Each Member must be a Canadian resident over the age of 18 to participate in the Program. Where a person under 18 years of age wishes to enrol in the Program, a parent or guardian must complete the application and consent to these terms and conditions.

  or to the Shawarmaz mobile app (“App”) and follow the prompts to create an account.

You will be required to provide the following information:

  1. First and last name, email address and password.
  2. Birthday (month, day) is optional to receive birthday offers. If you do not provide birthday information you will not receive your Birthday Reward.

The Program is based on a Points system (“Shawarmaz Points”). Shawarmaz Points will be awarded on all purchases made at participating shawarmaz Locations and shawarmaz online order,

  1. Members must register their account by:

3.1.      Joining shawarmaz rewards online at www.shawarmaz.co/rewards/.  Or in the shawarmaz app

3.2.   Activating a physical Shawarmaz Rewards Card www.shawarmaz.co/rewards/ Or in the shawarmaz app and have a valid e-mail address associated with their account to earn Shawarmaz Points. In addition, points will be awarded on Shawarmaz Points Accounts regardless of the account’s registration status where the Shawarmaz Points Account

EARNING REWARDS POINTS.

The Rewards that are available to you through Shawarma Rewards are based on the number of Points that you earn. You can earn Points by making purchases at participating Shawarmaz Restaurant:

  1. Paying for your purchase with a Shawarmaz Card. When you pay with your digital Shawarmaz Card in the App, you will earn 10 (ten) points for every $1 (one) Canadian Dollar you spend at participating Restaurant. You will also earn 10 Points for every $1 (one) Canadian Dollar spent when you:

1.1.         Pay in-person at a participating Restaurant with your registered physical Shawarmaz  Card

1.2.      Scan the barcode in the App, and then use any physical Shawarmaz Card (regardless of whether it is registered) to complete the purchase.

  1. Scanning your member barcode in the App and then paying with cash, credit card, debit card or mobile wallet. you can earn 10 (ten) points for every $1 (one) Canadian Dollar you spend at participating Restaurant. when you scan your Shawarmaz Reward member barcode in the App at the register prior to paying with cash, credit cards, debit cards, or mobile wallets.
  2. Promotional Bonus Star Offers.: From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you opportunities to earn additional “Bonus Rewards Points” through special promotions. These promotional Bonus Rewards Points  will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in such promotional offer. These promotional Bonus Rewards Points          may only be available to residents of certain provinces, or they may be offered Canada-wide. Offer(s) subject to change, and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply.

RETURNS

  1. If you void a purchase, Shawarmaz will deduct the Rewards Points that you earned for that purchase, potentially resulting in a negative Rewards Points  balance on your account.

REDEEMING SHAWARAZ REWARDS POINTS.

  1. To “redeem” means to use your Shawarmaz Rewards points to pay, or partially pay, for eligible purchases by using your Card at the point of sale in Participating Stores or with Program Participants that offer redemption, following the instructions provided by the cashier, the point-of-sale terminal or other payment processing device. You can redeem the Shawarmaz Rewards points you earn for eligible purchases.
  2. Shawarmaz Rewards points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Shawarmaz Reward points cannot be assigned, exchanged, purchased, or given by gift. Shawarmaz Rewards points cannot be sold, traded, bartered, rented or otherwise disposed of. Shawarmaz rewards points are void if sold for cash or any other consideration.
  3. You must redeem a minimum of 10,00 Shawarmaz Rewards points at a time, which are worth $2 in rewards at Participating Stores but not at certain Program Participants.
  4. Shawarmaz Rewards points do not expire. However, we reserve the right to close your Account without notice if you do not earn or redeem any Shawarmaz Rewards points at least once every 2 years,
